Privacy policy and cookies
We collect only the data you send us yourself through the form or a message, and we switch on tracking tools only with your consent. Here is exactly what, why, for how long, and how you can change it.

What data we collect and why
Contact form and enquiries
When you send the form, an email or a message, we process your name, business name, email address, phone number (if you enter it), the service you selected and the content of your message. The purpose is to reply to your enquiry, arrange a call and prepare a quote. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in conducting business communication (Article 6(1)(f)).
We keep enquiry data for 12 months from the last communication, and if we start working together, until the statutory retention periods for business records expire.
Data the server logs automatically
Our hosting provider (Vercel) logs technical data about every request: IP address, time, page requested, browser and operating system. This data is used for security and to run the site, and is deleted according to the hosting provider's rules. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running the site securely.
Cookies and tracking tools
On your first visit we ask for your consent. Until you give it, no tool that sets analytics or advertising cookies is loaded. You can change your choice at any time by clicking “Cookie settings” in the page footer.

We use Google Consent Mode v2: without consent, Google tools set no cookies and process no data for advertising.
External content
- Google Map with our address is shown on the home page and the Contact page. It loads from Google's servers when that part of the page comes into view, so Google then receives your IP address and may set its own cookies under its own policy.
- Google Fonts are loaded from Google's servers; Google receives your IP address in the process. If you prefer not to, block fonts in your browser, the site stays readable.
- Links to client and partner sites lead to their sites with their own privacy policies.
Who has access to the data
- Hosting: Vercel Inc., USA, data transfer based on the EU standard contractual clauses.
- Resend, Inc., USA, the email delivery service that forwards form enquiries to our address; data transfer based on the EU standard contractual clauses.
- Google Ireland Ltd. (Analytics, Ads, Tag Manager, Fonts, Maps), with your consent where stated.
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Meta Pixel), with your consent.
- A form processing service, if enabled, solely to forward your enquiry to our email address.
We do not sell data and do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to processing based on legitimate interest. You can withdraw cookie consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Send requests to info@digitalmomentum.hr; we reply within 30 days.
If you believe we process data unlawfully, you can contact the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb, azop.hr.
Changes to this policy
We update the policy when we change tools or the way we process data. The date of the last update is shown at the top. Significant changes are announced on this page.
