Services · Analytics & conversion
Know where every enquiry comes from, then fix where they are lost.
Without tracking, every marketing decision is a guess. We set up Google Analytics 4 and Tag Manager, tracking of calls, forms, messages and bookings per channel, and conversions for Google Ads and Meta. Then we look at where visitors drop off and fix it, because the cheapest enquiry is one from traffic you already have.
Why it matters
We do not install tools for their own sake.
First we define what needs measuring and why: which actions on the site and profile are worth money (call, form, message, booking), which channels bring them and what they cost. Then we set up only what answers those questions.
Once the numbers arrive, the second part begins: conversion optimisation. We look at visitor behaviour, where they drop off on mobile, which form is too long, which offer is unclear, and we change and measure. Small changes in the right place are often worth more than a bigger ad budget.
Tracking is included from day one in web design and the growth package; here we extend it for existing sites and for businesses that want serious reporting.
What is included
- Google Analytics 4 and Tag Manager, cleanly configured, no double counting
- Tracking of calls, forms, messages and bookings as conversions
- Conversions for Google Ads and Meta Pixel, a UTM standard for every campaign and post
- Analysis of behaviour and drop-off points on mobile
- Proposals and testing of changes to offers, forms and calls to action
- A one-page monthly report in plain language
OutcomeDecisions based on numbers and a lower cost per enquiry across every channel at once.
What the report contains
One page, numbers that mean money.
We do not report “reach” and “impressions” as success. Those are inputs. Next to each number we write what it means for your business and what we will do about it next month.
Metrics in the monthly report
| Metric | Question it answers |
|---|---|
| Enquiries per channel | Where customers come from: Maps, organic, ads, social |
| Cost per enquiry | What one customer costs per channel |
| Conversion rate per page | Which pages turn visits into enquiries, and which do not |
| Mobile drop-off | Where we lose visitors on phones |
| Enquiry-to-job rate | Is the next step easy enough |
| Revenue per channel | Where to invest next month |

FAQ
About analytics and conversion.
We have Google Analytics. Why set it up again?
Most installations count visits but not conversions: calls, forms, bookings. Without those you do not know which channel brings customers. The audit shows what is counted, what is not and what is counted twice.
Can you track phone calls?
Yes. Taps on the phone number from mobile are tracked as standard. For businesses with many calls we set up call tracking with separate numbers per channel, so you see how many calls the Google profile brings and how many the ads.
What is conversion optimisation in practice?
We look at where visitors drop off and change one thing at a time: a shorter form, a clearer price, a call button at the top, reviews next to the offer. Every change is measured before and after. No guessing and no redesign for its own sake.
Is the tracking GDPR compliant?
We set up cookie consent where required and data anonymisation. Call and form tracking needs no personal data beyond what the customer gives you themselves.
